St. Patrick's day

Our morning started our with green pancakes, green milk, and of course Lucky charms for breakfast. Not sure if Carson or Avery really cared for the look and they ate with caution.

For lunch the kids ate green macaroni and cheese with green apple sauce on the side.

It just so happened that the kids had arts night on St. Patrick's day. This year Creekside focused on the art of dance. The kids had been practicing for months.

Here is Logan getting ready to perform.
Logan's kindergarten class dancing to Dinosaur bop.
Here is Bay's 3rd grade class dancing to The Boot Scootin Boogie. She is the one wearing the red cowgirl hat on the end.
Here are all of Creekside dancing to Foot Loose. The kids would come home from school and dance dance dance to this song til I was sick of it :)
I had planned to make a nice St. Patty's day dinner but when I went to look for corned beef days before, they were sold out of it every where! So we decided to go out for dinner at Pace's instead.
After dinner we came home and had mint chocolate chip ice cream scooped onto green cones of course.
By the time this picture was taken, Avery had had it! The day was long and green.
Happy St. Patty's Day!!
Don't you just love Bay's pose?
