Getting ready

Well as most of you know I love to plan a good party! Especially birthday parties for my kids! I start the idea process months in advance. Morgan always makes fun of me. I start purchasing things, search for ideas, and go nuts over decorations. If I had a lot of money imagine the possibilities!! Here are some of the decorations I made for her pinkalicious birthday party based on the book. The book is about a girl who loves to eat pink cupcakes and turns pink. I decided to have an array of pink candy, food and decorations.

I cut a paper towel roll into small circles

Then I punched holes in the centers of the rolls and strung them together

Then covered them with tissue paper.
I made giant candy to put on the windows in the kitchen out of plates and tissue paper.
