Fourth of July

Usually we go to the Kaysville parade on the 4th of July. This year the parade was on a Saturday and we couldn't make it. So we decided to try the Layton parade. Let's just say the parade was by far the worst parade I have ever been to!! And that says a lot coming from me because I love parades. It was short and all it had was a bunch of high school bands. There was only two floats and a few horses. But my kids loved it. I have to say that I will never go to the Layton parade again!! Morgan loved it. He hates parades and this one was short. He says, the shorter the better lol

We got lucky and got front row seats in the middle of the intersection.
Our good friend Morgan joined us
One of two floats :)

at least you had front row seats :)

We'll definitely get back into the groove next year and make it back to the REAL parade!

That float you posted was also in the Kaysville parade! We went to both. I couldn't believe how short the Layton one was (first timer to the Layton parade). And hardly anything thrown. My SIL thought it was nice to just sit and not worry about the kids getting run over! The Kaysville one was over 1 1/2 hours!! It was the longest one I've seen. :)

You forgot me!, And yes the parde was very short this year, probably because layton city is poor, and Kaysville is not... btw i have a blog now you need to be follower or whatever cause I have no followers, it's fourthwheeler.blogspot.com
